Teresa's House at Hongik University Station-1 min
It is near Hongik university subway station (Line number 2 (green) and airport express (Blue)), exit number 9 (only 1 min walk).
Best location to explore exciting night life, live music, and street performance culture of Seoul. There are lots of places to eat, drink, shop and enjoy the city of Seoul just nearby.
This is the house where my family used to live.
You will find this place amazing because although the nearby area is crowded night and day, it is quite and cozy in the house.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 living room
2 queen bed, 1 super single bed, 1 single sofa (which can also be used as a bed), and an extra Korean style bedding is available for 2 people. (6-8 people can sleep here)
Kitchen, Bathtub is available.
There is a coin laundry nearby.
House is located 4th floor, but we do not have an elevator in the building. (Old style korean building)
I live nearby, so if you need any help I can go and help. Also I will always be in touch via text message if you need any help.
House is located in the middle of downtown hongik university area. Everything is very close (convenient store, restaurant, bars, clubs, shopping area, subway station, especially to the airport!) Restaurants, cafes and bars nearby open till late night, and you will find it super convenient!!
Public transportation is very convenient.
Subway line 2, and airport line (Hongik university station) is available at 1 mins walking distance.
From Incheon airport it takes about 52 mins, from Kimpo airport it takes about 15 mins by subway.
Seoul train station is also 2 subway station apart. It takes 7 mins by subway.

정말 멋지고 귀엽고 초편리해요!!! 다만 홍대 한복판에 있어서 밤에 음악 소리와 소음이 들릴 수 있어요. 저는 잠을 잘 자는데 형들은 귀마개를 샀어요. 밤에 얼마나 깊게 자는지에 따라 달라질 것 같아요.
넓고 아름답게 꾸며진 아주 큰 아파트입니다. 저희 가족에게 매우 편안한 침대와 훌륭한 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 홍대 중심부에 위치해 완벽한 위치였지만, 조용하기도 했습니다. 편안한 숙박에 감사드립니다.

전반적으로 꽤 좋은 숙박이었습니다! 위치가 정말 훌륭합니다 — 9번 출구에서 1분 미만의 거리입니다.
호스트가 매우 반응이 빨랐고 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에 짐을 보관할 수 있도록 친절하게 허락해주셨습니다.
4층에 위치해 있어서 짐을 위아래로 옮기는 것이 좀 힘들 수 있습니다. 매우 넓은 방 2개와 짐을 밖에 보관해야 할 수도 있는 작은 방 1개가 있습니다.
공용 화장실의 세면대가 작동하지 않아서 좀 불편했지만, 여전히 관리 가능했습니다. 또한 거리를 향한 방의 에어컨이 좀 시끄러울 수 있어서, 예민한 수면을 취하시는 분이라면 이상적이지 않을 수 있습니다.
전반적으로 이 장소는 넓고 깨끗하며 위치가 큰 장점입니다.
