Moderate: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 5 days before check-in

If a guest cancels the reservation up to 5 days before check-in, they can receive a full refund including fees.
If the guest cancels the reservation at least 7 days but within 29 days before the check-in date, and the free cancellation period (24 hours) has already passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee for that portion will be deducted from the amount paid to the host when refunded.
If they cancel after that, the host will receive the full payment for the nights already stayed plus one night, and 50% of the payment for the remaining nights.

Important notes

For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the special booking cancellation refund policy for long-term stays (Long term firm) applies instead of the host's standard refund policy.

The cleaning fee is not refundable after check-in.

The service fee is not refundable after check-in or check-in time.

When service fees are refundable, they are refunded at the same rate as defined in the accommodation refund policy.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.

The time and date applied to the refund policy are based on Korean Standard Time.

Reservation cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters may be eligible for refund regardless of the refund policy.

Host Notes

- The host personally launders and disinfects all bedding daily, and thoroughly cleans the bathroom. Cleanliness is our top priority!

- Additional bedding will be provided for groups of 5 or more.

- There are many trendy spots within a 5-minute walk—relax at the house while waiting for your reservation!

- Located on the 1st floor — easy to move in with suitcases.

- Parking is not available (Nearby paid parking: Beach Parking Lot, 2-minute walk).

- No pets allowed.

- For safety, a security camera is installed at the entrance.

- Our home is officially registered with the district office — you can stay with peace of mind.

House Rules

- No smoking indoors. Please smoke outside the main gate (Violations may result in a fine).

- No cooking with strong odors (e.g., meat, barbecue, grilled fish). Only simple cooking is allowed.

- Only the number of guests on the reservation may enter the house. (Even short visits are not allowed.)

- Quiet hours after 9 PM — please be considerate of neighbors.

- Turn off the air conditioner and lights when going out.

- Please wash your dishes and separate your trash after eating.

- No eating on the bed or bedding.

- Guests are responsible for any damage or stains to the property or its items.
