All furnishings, bedding, and tableware within the accommodation are personally prepared and managed by the host with great care. (Hotel-grade bedding provided)
It is suitable for up to 5 guests, with a base of 3 people. (Additional guests: 20,000원 per person)

With numerous restaurants and various amenities nearby, it's the ideal location to comfortably enjoy Busan.

Accommodation Usage Guide
- Check-in is from 3 PM to Check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to the check-in/out times for cleaning purposes :)
- "House Lim" is located on the 2nd floor, and we kindly ask for your understanding as there is no elevator.
- Luggage storage is available. Please contact us in advance if you wish to store your luggage.
- For additional guests, a mattress and bedding will be provided for one person.
- Infants over 24 months are counted as one adult. (Please request additional guests if needed.)
- A recycling bin (cans/plastic/glass/general waste) is provided at the entrance of the accommodation. Please sort your waste accordingly. Food waste should be placed in the white bin on top of the sink.
- Free parking is available next to the accommodation building, but due to limited space, please use it for only one vehicle. When parking, please leave your car number in a message to the host.
If parking space is insufficient, please use nearby public parking lots (paid) such as the Suyeong River Children's Park Public Parking Lot or the Minlak Suyeong River Park Public Parking Lot.
- To ensure the best condition, the host cleans daily and manages the bedding every day.
