When going out or checking out, please turn off all electrical appliances, including air conditioners, heating, lights, and TVs. Please wash the dishes you used when leaving the room! Please separate general/recyclable/food waste and dispose of it. Before check-out, please seal each trash bag and place it in the designated area at the parking lot entrance. All bedding in the accommodation is kept clean. Please be careful not to contaminate the bedding with food, etc. If irreparable contamination occurs, a separate fee will be charged. If an item provided in the accommodation is damaged, you will be charged for the product. If you would like to add more people than the number of people booked, please contact the host in advance. As the surrounding area is a residential area, please be considerate to avoid any disturbance due to noise late at night. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at this property. Please be careful as there is a risk of fire in surrounding residential areas. Please put only tissues in the toilet and throw away any wet wipes or feminine products that may clog in the trash can. Please be sure to adhere to the check-out time. Cleaning begins at 11:30 am.

* Namcheon-dong Beach Market (raw fish center): (within 5 minutes if using your own car) Prepare food at the nearby raw fish center ^^

* Millak Raw Fish Center (near Gwangalli - within 15 minutes by car): There are many inexpensive raw fish centers frequented by locals.

* University areas: Kyungsung University, Pukyong National University (5 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes by walk) Restaurants and convenience facilities near the school.

You can stay comfortably by using the 3 floors exclusively, and you can use the "dedicated parking lot" for up to 2 cars.
