A cozy and comfortable house right in the heart of Seoul.
・ 10 minutes by walk from Seoul Station (Subway Line 1, 4, and Airport Railway). Directly to Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, Hanok Village, etc. Part of the way to our house is uphill, but there are no stairs so it shouldn't be a problem if your suitcase has wheels^^
・ Quiet residential area. There are great coffee shops, restaurants, and markets in the area.
・ The house comfortably fits 6 people.
・ Free wi-fi at home.

Great location near Seoul Station. The best place to stay for vacations

・ The house is in the first floor of a two floor red brick building. Our neighbourhood (Huam-dong) is very quiet, but full of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. It has a privilegiated location, very near to bus, subway and many touristic spots.
・ Cozy, comfortable and clean! We clean the rooms and change bedclothes before each host arrives.
・ Towels (2 per guest), shampoo, conditioner, Shower gel are provided.
・ Full equipped kitchen and fridge, to cook and storage your foods. There is a traditional market and supermarket near our place, so you can easily buy groceries.
・ Laundry machine and detergent available

Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has two double size beds, a small nightstand with a warm light lamp, and drawer where we storage towels, hair-dryers, and toilet paper. Also, there is a clothes rack with hangers. It is great for sleeping from 2 to 4 people.

Room 2: This is a small bedroom with 2 single-sized beds (bunk bed), a nightstand, and a lamp. Also, there is a clothes rack with hangers.

Kitchen area: Here you can cook your meals and storage your food. There is a gas stove, microwave and fridge. We provide dishes, bowls and cutlery.

Living room: There is a sofa where you can rest after a busy day of tourism.

Bathroom: Shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom (it is korean style). The washing mashine is in here as well. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

**You have access to the WHOLE house. We will not be in the house and you will not share it with NO ONE else.**

House rules:
・ No extra guests without our previous approval.
・ Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
・ Recycle – I get a fine from the city if we don't recycle properly. Mother nature thanks you too~
・ No parties. Please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep the noise down, especially between 10 pm and 7 am.
・ If you break or damage something, please let me know.

We are willing to help our guest whenever they need.
As we live very close you can reach us easily. If you need information about touristic spots or places with more indie vibes to visit in Seoul you can always ask us (even if you need help to order some delivery food!)
